Taco Party

Ate a bunch of chicken tacos the other day.

This is dedicated to one of my best friends Erik White, the self described "Taco King".

I would always watch in a amazement of how many tacos Erik could put down. 

Im talking like a  dozen at a time. I think his record was like 24 in a sitting. 

One of the many good times I had with Erik. We build a mobile pool in his wagon. I think the year was 1995. We were really into Calvin & Hobbes, skateboarding, surfing and water gun fights.

Rest in peace bub. I'll eat tacos with ya in the end.

Anyway... on to the taco party.

 BBQ OR DIE!!!

 This piece of chicken was shaped like South America! Ay yai yai yai yai!!!!

 Chop it all up,

 Condiment station.

 Lets get started. Bean base and cheese.

 Add chicken.

 Then guacamole.

 Throw on some hot sauce and sour cream and you got yerself a party!
