Mandatory Bloggery- Joshua Tree Day Trip w/ My Love

Nerded it up at Joshua Tree National Park recently.
Next time we'll go for the blooming of the trees....

We didn't see very many bees, fyi.

Lots of prickly cactus' everywhere.

Apparently Joshua Tree has been a U.S. national monument since 1936.

Then the wife got up in here. A fellow hiker was nice enough to take our phot.

Then we had another picture taken in the sun. Kinda bummed that she cut off the top of the arch. (womp womp)

Then through the valley we went.
