Mandatory Bloggery- How To Make a Grilled Cheese, 89 Cent Corn Bread and Zoo Pics

Last blog of the month...June is upon us!
Wizard Retreat is around the corner!

We will start this blog off with some serious stoke!
GO FAST AND RIP RIDE!

Leftovers for days! Although it;s easier to go to a deli and get what you want, when you want. I prefer to make large meals at home. Save the restaurants and bars for when the occasion arises.
Borrowed Dad's Craftsman table saw. This thing goes!
Rips on rips!
They don't make 'em like they used to.
Cheesy sausage breakfast wraps. Pillsbury dough boy provides!
The journey continues.....
I love curb skating.
Golden hour.
Late night tinkering.
Late night glue up.
Which also calls for a late night snack.
Jalapenos are mandatory on most foods these days.
Cut up into perfect little squares. I treat my lady good!
Now it was on to making a grilled cheese for me!
Double cheese, please!
The next day.....Asia Wok.
And homemade chicken wings.
Drunken grocery purchasers have end results such as these.
And these!
89 cent corn bread. Had to give it a go!
Doused in hot sauce.
Cooked to perfection. The fun never stops in the kitchen.
Tossed some pickled jalapenos into the corn bread batter.
Rose to perfection. I must admit, a healthy dose of butter went into this batch of deliciousness.
$10 whiskey experiment. Wasn't too bad!
Like I said, the kitchen shinnanigans never stops.
Pizza, corn bread, meat kabobs, wings.... Like I said...
Beautiful glue up.
San Diego Zoo provides.
My photo couldn't do justice to how truly majestic this sleeping polar bear was.
Oh, hello there doll face/
She was putting on a show.
Baby ducks. Is your heart melting like mine?

Mandatory Bloggery- Meaty Metloaf and Old Sleds

Hope your hungry...
I know I am...
Here we have handsome-paws checking in.
Alrighty, how to make a meatloaf, the EATFIEND way!
Step 1. Dice up a clove of garlic and a whole onion.
Step 2. Caramelize in bacon grease. Yea, that's right I said bacon grease.
Step 3. Line you baking receptacle with bacon.
Step 4. Crack open a beer and contemplate if there is such a thing as "too much bacon".
Then add more bacon.
Step 5. Dice up some jalapenos. Real nice like.
Step 6. Dump lean ground beef into a bowl.
Step 7. Crush up a whole roll of Ritz crackers.
Mama always said "A little breading makes the meal go further."
Step 8. Dump crushed Ritz crackers onto lean ground beef and add salt and pepper.
Step 9. Crack two large eggs and mix with your hands. Add jalapenos and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 10. Find every ketchup packet in the pantry and kitchen.
Step 11. Fill baking receptacle with lean ground meat.
Step 12. Cover with strips of bacon.
Step 13. Slather in ketchup. Toss into the oven for 50 minutes.
Step 14. Enjoy the good things in life.
Step 15. Bake some potato's while yer at it.
Presto!
Greasy cheesey taters!
Bacon got a bit seared and I'm alright with that. Gave it a smokey flavor.
Built a grease barrier outta bread for it.
Asparagus, gotta have them green vitamins in there too.

Found this gem going down the YouTube rabbit-hole.
Enjoy!
