Mandatory Bloggery- End of September Video Hype

End of the month video hype.
A few vids off the Thrasher site and Larb.com that got me really stoked.
Stay hyped my friends!
To me, New Deal Skateboards was more of the "7 Year Glitch" era. I didn't start skating 'til 1993. However, the golden era stages of Danny Sargent, Tod Boyle and Ed Templeton's career's are beyond awesome. Here's a "1990 Retrospective" vid that was just posted 'cuz they had a huge anniversary/art show/party up in L.A. Also, Paul Schmitt is the shit!
Next up we have a full part with Vincent Milou and an insane ender at UC Irvine hibba. (Yes, the Heath hubba!)
Last but not least we have a helluva part filmed by local SD pro and ripper Tyler Surrey "Expat" part!
What the hell does "Expat" mean anyway? Who cares, check out the insane front crook banger, you'll know the one I'm talking about. I'm also a fan of his nollie heelflip front nose pretzel out. That was rad. And, skating a bumper car? That's gotta be an NBD in the skate game.
Found this gem on the Larb YouTube channel. Now, this to me is skateboarding!
If you ain't having a good time, your doing it wrong.

Anywho, this is some stuff that has gotten me juiced on skateboarding!

Mandatory Bloggery-Recycled Skateboards Turning Out Beautimous and Tobey's 19th Hole

Perhaps another Deja-Vu blog???
Beats me. I just bought the ticket and am taking the ride...
Flexing like a boss. I am a slave to this furry little beast.
One of those days where you just peel grip tape for a few hours...
Eye spy...
With my little eye!
Progress inspection.
Little Caesars thin crust is the best.
Poker night.
Eight dollar hooch. Just one of those days...
Turned into an all nighter on the Island.
I love you Robbie.
Skate Camping. I love doing this.
Sk-art.
Sceaming television, all oiled up.
Beautimous.
Heavy on the jewel tones.
I'm not gonna number them anymore. Just my little 'EF' signature.
For Che.
Love you girlfriend.
Thanks for all the support.
Soup spoon rack I made with some scraps.
Turned out pretty awesome.
Love me a good sandwich.
Baked.
Leftovers for lunch. Something is better than nothing.
Post work vibes at Tobey's 19th Hole.
They pour a nice cold pitcher with a view.
I'll forever be going here.
Best tater tots.
Peek-a-boo!
Poods park. This place is fun. Loaded with ledges and street elements.
This blog was back in August. Trying to catch up on loading my content.
It isn't.
Jumping into the curb pit.
Bucket list goal is to grind a skate stopper off a ledge or a curb.
Those things suck.
It's a tradition.
Then I went home to cheeseburgers.
Cat-wall is still going strong but showing signs of decay.
Feeling shartsy.
Camping is always a good time.
Bastard in a basket.
So odd.
Grey Skilleton shirts.
Currently available at Local Skate Shop in East county.
Front.
Wizard Retreat blog next?
Who knows...

Mandatory Bloggery- Staying Focused On The Wood Working & Tri Tip Fun

Here's another blog...
Am I having a brain fart deja vu moment?
Who knows. Nonetheless, enjoy the post!
The clampings go on! Noses and tails this time around!
This clamping is a few months old. Haven't worked the wood shop in a while. Kinda miss having a huge workspace with everything I need around me.
Routing this piece out to make a tray!
Messy business.
Ben Horto x MOB Griptape. I kept this piece of grip on my fence for a while.
Nice, clean graphic.
These wide Lurkville sleds are pretty rad. I have a Chris Larue pro model shape hanging on the wall.
Need to get another one to ride.
Eye on the prize...
Have I posted these pics before?
Deja vu, I guess.
On to the next one!
Love this furry little bugger.
Here's a pic of his furry butt!
More back yard grilling with the aluminum lids and oven rack.
Grilled tri tip and asparagus!
Biscuit was waiting for his can of Fancy Feast!
If we eat good, he eats good!
Yes, that is a wall of sliced bread absorbing the juicy blood!
Topped off with hot sauce on top of sour cream. Like a big 'ol baked potato and meat moosh!
Some shelves I made for athe bub Kip.
All sealed up and looking pretty.
5/8" thick, 4" deep. As long as 28" and as short as "12.
Rest in peace Ben Raemers.
Slappy's  Garage coming on hot with some new wood.
I always have a good time nerding out on the graphics. Going to a skate shop is basically like going to an art exhibit. You learn about different artists, different types of mudiums of art. And style of artist!
Linda Vista headquarters.
Need a sheet of this grip. Make that 4 sheets of this stuff.
Another Ben Raemers sled. Sad that he felt the need to take his own life.

RIP
Toy Machine is the best. Can't wait for their new vid "Program Injection".
Rest in peace, Phelps and Shockus.
Never forget.
More scrap goodies from the recycled skateboard Gods.
Layers.
Upon layers.
I was stoked on how these came out.
No two are the same.
Wood working is the bomb. I really enjoy it.
Random ride that showed up to the Skatepark.
MSHINDI listen to Jimi Hendrix
Elsa
Some trays I made.
Pre-oiled up.
Post oiling. Colors look good!
Reeeeaaaal good!
One without the live edge.
A set of four. These sold real quick.

Love how the rails look.
Like I said before...
No two are the same!
Smoking Joe Frazier
Peeling grip. The work never ends.
Old poster from UC. Kinda miss that place.
Nihilist kills.
