National Eggs Benedict Day

That's right, it's a real thing. Let me start off by saying this: I fucking love 
Eggs Benedict. Meat, eggs, and tangy sauce all over a toasted English muffin? 
Sign me up. This year, Shirley Swallows and I, Captain Butterface, decided to 
try our hands at making this delicious treat ourselves.


 Start off by dropping everything on the floor. It tastes better.


 Next step is to whisk some egg yolks and lemon juice together over low heat.
Not too hot, shit's delicate yo.


 Cut those muffins and open that Canadian bacon ay.
Goes well with Maker's, but what doesn't?


Roast those fuckers with some rosemary and garlic. Essential


Didn't get a photo of the most important part: the egg drop. Heat that water to just 
before it boils and try to maintain that heat. Whirl the water into a whirlpool with 
a fork and drop the egg in while it's spinning. Shit is B-A-N-A-N-A-S


If you don't like Tabasco you can get the fuck out of here right now.

 This is where things really get going.


National Eggs Benedict day is over and gone, but leftovers will always be
there for you when you wake up from your shitty, pathetic dreams. Shirley
Swallows did the responsible thing and went to work (smart smart smart ) while
I used some of last night's potatoes again. Prosciutto egg sandwich


 Best buds!


Don't forget the coffee. Espresso one time for your mind.
