EatFiend @ Lucky's Breakfast

Ever wonder what the hell Lucky's is?
Went here with Capt.Rue, he'd been raving to me about explaining that is't basically homestyle breakfast for real cheap. That sounds good to me given I'm a baller on a budget.
The sign looks pretty old yer given the impression that it's a shut down business.
But if you take a closer look they are open! Located on 3804 Grim avenue, San Diego CA. right on the corner. Keep in mind the front door is rarely open, you gotta look for the sign. The hours are from 7a.m.-12p.m.
Upon walking into the place it has a real hospitable vibe. Outdated counters and decor that look like they are straight from a truck stop in the midwest from the 70's.
You might sit at yer seat for a few minutes with no service but don't fret, take a gander at the menu and you'll notice everything is under $5. You'll then realize that there are no waitress', just this old guy that I assume is Lucky the owner. He'll first ask if you want coffee (your first refill is free, 55 cents there after) then he'll take your order by memory then walk behind into a tiny kitchen and cook your food within a few minutes.
Went with UnionLeatherWorks and his sweet gal.
Real simple food that hits the spot. America! Fuck yea!
 Yum
After Lucky clears your plate he hands you a fortune cookie and points at each member of you party and says "five dollah". So if you walk out the door giving him a dollar tip you got a darn good meal for $6. Better than crap ass Denny's.
