Cat-Fu

EatFiend brings you "Cat-Fu"....
....a crew video made in video-productions class at Coronado High School between 1999-2001.
Starring: Rod Messenger, Jimmy Carlin, Mike Duncan, Travis Carlson, Scott VanVugt, Pat Tugend and Mike Delgado.

Edited by Mike Delgado.

Anyway, I provided little fun facts for each part if any of you guys wanna nerd out.
Enjoy!

Intro/Rod Messenger
This video was filmed in the greater Coronado and downtown San Diego area. Also Point Loma high school, and Correa middle school.

Jimmy Carlin
Jimmy was always skating at Kyle and Zak Mackenzies house. They had a mini ramp and countless boxes and flat-bars, and a mellow street to sesh with smooth ground.
Fun fact: Jimmy loved to spike his hair up with styling gel.

Friends
(For some reason Blogger wouldn't give me the option to upload this part. Head over to EatFiend's YouTube channel to view it.)

Mike Duncan
Mike Duncan currently owns GhettoStar Skateboards (a brand he started himself). He skated to the same song Tom Penny skated to in the Es video "Menikmati".
Mike had a huge Penny complex (and still does), take notice of the switch fronside flips and el-nino flips. Those were a sign of the times. "The Storm" had made it's way in and everybody was doing them.

Travis Carlson
(For some reason Blogger wouldn't give me the option to upload this part. Head over to EatFiend's YouTube channel to view it.)

   Scott VanVugt
I see Scott every now and then and sometimes am fortunate to have a beer with his old man. He was always fun to skate with and always provided comedic antics.

Pat Tugend
Pat has always been a good skateboarder. He chose the CKY song cause he liked the way they played guitar (and the CKY videos were hot at the moment), which he was good at that also.

Mike Delgado
(For some reason Blogger wouldn't give me the option to upload this part. Head over to EatFiend's YouTube channel to view it.)

Slam Montage
Music was "Fight Fire With Fire" by Metallica, Ride The Lightning,
On Scott's botched kickflip off the picnic table, he suffered a broken ankle.
Yours truly suffered a concussion on the opening failed 50-50 attempt at Balboa Park.

Credits and After Video
Milk challenge was filmed by Mike Delgado.
That's longboarding champion Taylor Jensen in the bright yellow shirt and sun bleached hair.

Anyway, sorry that the Friends section, my part and Mike Delgado's parts didn't come through. I'll try to fix it later. Fucking computers.
Just head over to EatFiend's YouTube channel to view them in the mean time.
