Mandatory Bloggery- From Gogol Bordello to Remember David Bowie, WE OUT HERE! Also, The Friendly!

Punch the ticket and take the ride.
Say 'yes" every now and then.....
You'll never know where you wind up!
Gogol Bordello, Seekers and Finders tour, March 2018.
The lead singer floated around on a drum kit. It was cool for him to interact with the crowd.
People were psyched.
And the wine kept flowing!
Party on!
Checked out "The Friendly" on 30th street close to Adams ave.
Decently cheap menu.
Slices for all you pizza lovers out there!
You know I had me plenty!
Greasy burgers complimentary of the chef!
The wife and I will definitely be back!
Look familiar?
That's 'cuz it's the old De'Angelos Pizzeria location.
Good riddance, it was under poor management anyway.
Biscuit! The chosen one.
What an ugly mug.
Note to self: Mix with Guinness and Jameson!
Chicken salad for lunch. Bring your own.
Crazy casserole that the roommate made. That's a layer of provolone cheese on top!
Beefy cheesy.
Pretty psyched on this. Wish it was with Bowie singing, but I figure this is the closest we'll ever get.
But first, it's time to lace up some new kicks!
Bling bling!
Big rubber toe cap.
Show model.
The Boss.
Looking good!
DTSD, Horton Plaza.
David Bowie's band, minus Bowie.
Sting's son on vocals and acoustic guitar!
This lady had an excellent set of pipes.
Basically, five bandmates rotated taking turns singing songs by Bowie.
The pianist was his oldest mate.
Bravo!
Rest in peace, David Bowie.
Then we were off to wet our whistle.
East county spots!
Chop chop!
Into some beautiful blocks!
Off to another show!
See ya next blog!
