Mandatory Bloggery- Skate Camping at Aura Training Facility

So I follow @auratrainingfacility on Instagram.
They have this awesome indoor facility up in Vista. It's a pay park ($10 per person), but hey if you want to avoid the sun and skate when it rains..... this is the place to come.

Stopped by the old Carlsbad "Safety Center". More like a skateboarding hazard if you ask me.

I tail slid to fakie this whole ledge back in '99 in a Next Cup contest. They had highlight vids on the internet back in the day of the contest series, but now I can't find them.

We arrived to Aura Training Facility and some of the kids were too distracted to skate.

Sometimes not skateboarding is skateboarding.

Huge course.

Reminds me of the old Imperial Beach skatepark inside the old gymnasium.

Most of us got burritos.

Chow time.

Then we went back to Aura.

Right inside is the office/skateshop. They were playing the new Adidas video, "Away Days".

Mini ramp with spine and foam pit. 

Mega roll in.

The bowl was sick too. It had serrated coping.

Pretty fun park.

Mini hubba.

Foosball if ya get bored. Mini-mini ramp to learn new stuff on.

Fingerboard park to get yer hammers.

Lounge area. Plan B's "Questionable" was on.
Gotta educate the kids!

The kids are alright I say! Hope these guys keep skating forever.
